3. Account Registration and Security

• Each user may only register one account; multiple registrations to obtain free credits are prohibited

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account security

4. Credits and Paid Services

4.1 Credit System

Our platform uses Credits as the billing unit for services. Different features consume different amounts of credits, with specific consumption rates published on the platform.

4.2 Payment Rules

• New users receive a certain amount of free credits upon registration
• Free credits are limited to first-time registration only and cannot be obtained through multiple registrations
• Purchased credits can be used within their validity period
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Used credits will be deducted proportionally.

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others
• Upload images or materials containing illegal, obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to abuse our services

• Engage in any behavior that may damage the platform's reputation

6. Intellectual Property

• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network failures, policy changes)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any losses you suffer from using or being unable to use our services shall not exceed the total service fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and services in the following circumstances:

• Required by law or government order
• We decide to discontinue providing services
